Below is a really positive update on how our Super Bowl ad was received and effected traffic.
This year's Super Bowl was the 2nd most watch Super Bowl ever and the 3rd most watched event of all-time.
Audi was strong in ad rankings:
• USA TODAY Ad Meter ranked Audi #12 out of 50, highest among automakers by far
• TIME Magazine's ‘Best and Worst Super Bowl Commercials’ grades Audi A-
• YouTube: 4.5 out of 5 stars• AOL: 5 out of 5 stars (one of the highest ranked ads on AOL) • MSNBC: One of the top Super Bowl ads • AdForum: Top 5 Super Bowl Ads
Pre and post game press coverage took notice of Audi:
• As of 2/1, Audi has achieved 546,520,379 Media Impressions and over 515 stories have referenced Audi and its brand message.
• Audi was a leader among pre-game buzz with more blog posts than Hyundai, Budweiser, Pepsi, Doritos, Bridgestone and Pedigree. And Audi continues to be among the top in post-game buzz.
Extensive traffic and consumer engagement on audiusa.com:
• Audiusa.com unique visitor traffic increased 89% over baseline daily average. • The Audi A6 configurator achieved 3,976 complete configurations – a 282% increase over baseline.
