2008 JD Power CSI Survey Results

Volkswagen continued our positive CSI improvement trend in the 2008 JD Power CSI
Survey results. While the industry improved its scores by an average of six index points,
Volkswagen Dealers improved their score by 21 points! This is on top of an 11 point
improvement in 2007 when the industry was up only 3 index points.
